New Board member, Joe Donovan is from Omaha NE. He and his wife, Francesca, have three kids: Jack (5); Katie (3); and Danny (1) that keep them on their toes. Joe is a shareholder at Lutz, working primarily with closely-held businesses and family offices. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading. Joe was inspired to join the Christ Child Board when he and his wife were looking for an opportunity where their family could volunteer together and support a Catholic organization serving the Omaha community. Christ Child Society provided the perfect opportunity for him to be able to serve and provide value on the board and for their family to volunteer together packing layettes.
Steve Isom is the Chief Financial Officer at Bloomerang, a high-growth software company that helps thousands of small and medium-sized nonprofits deliver a better giving experience and create stable, thriving organizations. Steve and his wife, Preston, have four kids – Stephen III (9), Elsie (7), Emmett (5), and Hank (1). The three older kids attend St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Elkhorn where the family are also Parishioners and Steve serves on the Finance Committee. Steve was inspired to join the Board after learning about Christ Child through serving with Father Tom Fangman on St. Patrick’s Finance Committee. And like most people he meets, Steve was unable to say no. Steve is excited to bring his unique experience from Bloomerang, where there are over 24,000 nonprofits across the country as customers, to the Board.
