The first month of life is the most vulnerable period for newborns. Our layette program provides parents with a diaper bag filled with newborn necessities they can use to support the health and well-being of children at the beginning of their lives.
-
Before a family leaves the hospital with their newborn, they must have a car seat to get their newborn home safely -- but not every family has the means to purchase one. Our car seat program provides convertible car seats to families so they can safely transport their child from day one through preschool.

In late September, students from the sophomore class at Duchesne Academy participated in the Mary Virginia Merrick Day of Service, filling the gym with energy and purpose as they assembled more than 500 layette bags as part of their class retreat.
